I'm looking at eating potatoes every meal except first & last meal. Baked potato that is and never "Turning around"

Butter makes everything taste soo good. I've been doing sweet potatoes and figured id switch up to plain baked potatoes. I like them more too.

I eat almost a pound of white potatoes daily. Great for potassium, vitamins, and minerals. SP has more Vitamin A

I took care of John Gotti right up until his death. My home town has a federal prison for all prisoners with health care issues and that prison contracted with my Hospital for really sick patients. Gotti always had 3/4 guards with automatic weapons. I said once "I think he is too weak to breakout?" and they said "We are worried about someone coming in to finish him off", that made me feel secure at work!
