Do you eat the whole egg?
I eat the whole egg, about 5. I use to throw out the yolk, but in all honesty, the yolk has nothing but good fat, so why throw it??

I agree to an extent.
I eat the whole egg 99% of the time...the only time I go to only whites is when I'm REALLY close to a show and am in that last couple of weeks where one is just eating to stay alive!
for MOST people, unless one is in that last minute "crunch time", I think throwing out the yolk does more harm than good.

I always eat the whole egg. Waste of protein if you don't.

In most cases yes. I get free range organic eggs so the fat content in the yolk is great. Definitely dont want to throw them out. I use egg whites too but the liquid is cheaper in the long run.

I eat 5-6 eggs each morning for breakfast with 3 yolks when I scramble them and over easy, I use all whole eggs with some toast to soak up the left-over yolk.

for a while I was doing mostly egg whites, with a whole egg thrown in... now I'm eating 5-6 whole eggs for breakfast.... for reasons already mentioned.. plus it's proving cheaper

I don't eat yolks. It's a weird thing I've had since childhood.
