My bodybuilding journey
Hello everyone, I'm Thomas and I'm new on this forum. I want to share my journey with all of you.
My bio:
Age:18 y/o
Training experience: about 1.5years
Height: ~167cm
Weight: ~76kg
I'm training bodybuilding not for competitions but because i'm addicted to this sport from my 13y/o and i will train forever this!! Reason i called my journey like this is because for now i will write about my mass journey but after this its fat-loss time.
Current training program which i follow is MI40 from Ben Pakulski. My nutrition is like:
1.5g/kg Proteins
3g/kg Carbs (for now, this will rise up after week or less)
This is for now, i will make an update for my training from yesterday later. This is it! I hope you will follow my way to gain super mass.

Day 1 (yesterday): Back and Hamstrings
img_05441285407926.jpg
Back:
Straight arm pulldowns 4x8 + NOS
Reverse grip plldowns
Bent over barbell rows
One arm dumbbell rows
Hyperextensions
Hamstrings:
Lying curls 4x8 + NOS
Straight legs deadlift
I skipped One arm dumbell rows and hyper extensions because i was so fcking tired. Training was GREAT. But i made few mistakes: I didn't eat good meal before training (low carbs) and that is the reason for my low energy level, and I made mistake with weights (i used lots of load on first exercises and after i didn't have enough energy in my body and my grip was so tired).
Today i should do Chest and Biceps but today I rest because of private reasons and tomorrow i will hit chest and Biceps and i will write update. With more food we are going to make good training tomorrow.
NOS sets its something like Drop sets.. If you want to know you can research on google , ben already made explanation videos.Last edited by IronSports; 12-09-2014 at 12:19 PM.
