Ben Pakulski IFBB Pro: no added chemicals, preservatives, art. colors or sweeteners
Post of Ben Pakulski's that's making the rounds from his Facebook page yesterday:
https://www.facebook.com/IFBBbenpakF...805833?fref=nf
"If you come to my page and question why I post the term "CLEAN FOOD" youre an asshole and should grow your own brain and form your own opinions.
Don't think youre cool because you jump on the band wagon with other senseless morons who mindlessly listen to internet gurus who have "credentials".
You know exactly what clean eating is.
Clean eating is WHOLE FOODS, with no added chemicals, no preservatives, no artificial colours or sweeteners.
Im not ignorant to claim that you should never eat those things, thats very difficult in the world we live in. But I'm also not so ignorant to try to condemn someone for choosing to eat clean foods because some tool on the internet said that nothing such as "clean eating" exists.
If you think chemicals, preservatives, and artificial ingredients are good for you, then congrats... You're a moron. Get off my page youre affecting the smart kids."
My response....all natural.

I'm glad he posted that... I know he's friends with Lame Norton i mean Layne Norton excuse me. Layne is such a zealot for his "cause" he will fight you to the death that the term clean food is ridiculous and of course you're a moron if you disagree with him... His 167 pound natty cronies then chime in and he blocks you lol

I cant
I always had a lot of respect for Layne up until recently. I politely disagreed with him on facebook in regards to IIFYM and i was swarmed by the Natty Coalition... For being a "Bro" "thats bro science man"
Layne resorting to name calling lol
I'm guessing someone needs a degree in microbiology these days to build muscle and get hard. Lol its pathetic
Call me an idiot all you want but look at all the top coaches and athletes in the sport none of them follow IIFYM

This is exactly my train of thought on this. I coach a lot of bodybuilders to the stage and when people ask me do I do IIFYM I say no - when Phil Heath or Nicole Wilkins does it or Hany Rambod says it works - then I will take notice. It also goes against the fundamentals of healthy eating that we were all raised with. If you get to the end of the day and you have a spare 900 calories to use (which indicates you have also undereaten for the day) then a pizza or ice cream is not what you eat when prepping for a comp.
There is a recent trend of some of the bigger names in bodybuilding speaking out against this. On social media there are early indications that the IIFYM fad is about to be exposed for what it is - people who prep for comp who don't have it upstairs to stick to a bodybuilding diet.
Yes, I am a natty competitor and the people I coach are too and I never have and never will use "flexible dieting" as an excuse tag to eat crap during my comp preps.

Layne's marketing coaching strategy is oriented to bikini competitors though isn't it? Although a few bodybuilders may use him why would someone that wear's natty pro on his sleeve try to get the enhanced supplement mass bodybuilding market to work under a natty guru?
Plus, women may be more prone to fall for his elitist know-it-all approach and paternalism, I care for you more than other coaches do.Last edited by Musclepapa John; 12-12-2014 at 07:46 AM.
