I finally bought mustard this week. After seeing Colette's cooking video with the mustard and the tilapia, I've been wanting to try it... I need to change it up. So bored with plain or peppered chicken!

Omg girl! I love the tilipia recipe collette has on her page!! I eat it all the tme! and the caulflower recipe and the egg bake!! yum!!

I put that mixture on my rice.

Mom use to do that with our toast (real butter anyways) when we were little. I still love cinnamon toast to this day!

start contest prep in 9 days, this recipe will most likely be a life saver since i have about 3 or 4 chicken meals a day in my prep lol thanks debbie! what brand is the spray butter? a lot of calories in it?

I would try just about anything to cover up the taste of chicken. Thats why I get premarinated chicken in the offseason that is really hot and spicy.

when i diet i i avoid putting anything on the chicken to make it taste even better,

last prep i was stupid i didnt evne salt it

now im salting it wich sucks cuz then it dissapears too fast!!!!
