I have been deployed with the Army 3 times......everybody and their Brother gets on a cycle and not a one of them knows what they are doing and has even REMOTELY heard the term "PCT" . That is what I am talking about.
Also it is usually a guy from 135 pounds to about 155 with gyno, not someone who had it from being over weight as a child.Gone but not forgotten, I remember you too Dookie!

I wasn't overweight as a kid either. I was a carbon copy of Urkle. I am just making a note to everyone, not just you.
Gyno is unfortunately common in the US today. Some believe it to be environmental.
It is NOT just because someone was overweight as a kid. Many skinny people get Gyno around puberty.
It is NOT because of steroid use.Last edited by Professor X; 12-17-2014 at 02:20 PM.

That changes everything.

Your posts lack visual aids.
Just between you and me, a picture is worth 1000 reps of alternate curls with a 75lbs dumbbell.

One thing that really bothers me is when someone asks to "work in" with me. I'm working out alone, I'm in my zone and when someone does that I'm polite and say sure but it's really messing up my momentum, and concentration. And they usually just walk away after a set or two.

The Powerhouse I use to train at hired "ritards" to clean the restrooms. I walked in once to get a tissue and was greeted by the buns of said "ritard". He was taking a piss with his slacks down about his ankles while talking to himself. It's really hard not to laugh especially when you are trying hard not to laugh.

I'm usually so much into a zone of music and adrenalin that I don't notice what everyone is doing/wearing around me....unless they are sitting on equipment I want to use....then I get REAL critical.
I don't give a shit what you do or wear as long you don't;
1. Take way too long to move way too little weight. (No, I don't want to wait as some out of shape dude who comes to the gym once a year does 12 sets of super slow half inch chest presses where his elbow never bends past a cool 20 degrees with a 35lbs plate on each side.)
2. Stand in the Men's locker room butt naked FACING the entrance, just standing there as if you are trying to see how many guys look at your 75 year old junk before you air dry.
3. Acting stranded and lost. I swear nothing irks me more than knowing where I need to go...yet having 35 wandering people with clueless looks on their faces slamming into each other like extras on The Walking Dead. You were doing biceps curls by that bench over there (can't miss bright blue dumbbells used by a guy)....so why the random lost walk around the gym into my path to the water fountain?Last edited by Professor X; 12-18-2014 at 11:56 AM.

I understand with the gyno issue, my bro had it when he was 13, nothing crazy, but it was there, this comment has nothing to do with you pal, but not everyone is a bodybuilder, some ppl do 2-3 reps per set and singles, with the max weight poss, shot putt/discus guys clean n jerk, boxers etc, ppl who don't want added body weight,
