Today: icarius hack machine with 25 lb plate on each side, with 2 safety clamps... WTF!!! Just in case the first fails while the plate comes flying offf!!!!!

I seen a guy, do a standing military press, then with the weight fully extended overhead, start doing like 'reverse shrugs'

Well dog my cats ! I googled it just for laughs .Never heard of this one till now.
Overhead Barbell Shrug for Men
- Hold a barbell above your head with an underhand grip that's about twice shoulder width. Your arms should be completely straight.
- Shrug your shoulders as high as you can. Pause, then reverse the movement back to the starting position.

No joke there are some internet warriors who would state that since we aren't looking to o the latest trending exercise, that this makes is clueless.
Personally, I think doing shrugs with gravity as opposed to against is likely why no one doing this has boulders where their shoulders should be.

Most of us who train for a for the 'sculpted physique' or even just the massive look dont know about or dont bother with all those little movements used by trainers going for improvement in sports function or those in rehab. Those are the kind of things a volleyball or tennis player for example would use to add strength to a muscle that is involved in the movements they use in their sport.
