Do you play with carbs when bulking?
I don't. I just add more carbs once a week, like 600-750grams.

I do now....But only after much trial and error.
I also am sure my metabolism isn't exactly the same as it was as a beginner....so really you should do what works for you alone.
I drop calories and carbs some weekends especially if I am feeling too bloated after trying to maintain a higher weight for a week. I tend to do it mostly for stomach bloating. It takes a lot of food to walk around near 300lbs no matter who you are.Last edited by Professor X; 12-18-2014 at 12:23 PM.

I will add or subtract carbs depending on how I look but even in the bulking stage / offseason I'm not a huge carb guy say maybe 300 grams of carbs would be extremely high for me .

I don't, i pretty much never met an carb that I didn't like while bulking.... I don't play with my food. Lol
