If Roelly comes in conditioning, he can definitely be in the mix as well. It's a big IF though.

He competed with Santi Aragon when they started and ballooned into his current size. Any old vids or pics of him competing as an amateur?

Hany and I have a good relationship.......and I think he's one of the few guys in the industry who has some idea of what's going. But why is he pretending to be training Justin Compton for the Arnold Classic? It's one thing to sponsor an athlete. It's another thing to try to take credit for all the hard work the athlete did mostly on their own (or with another trainer). I sponsor Heather Dees but I don't pretend to do her diet and train her in the gym. Baffles me!

He's doing his patent fst- 7000 and that's how Justin will win by doing 7 sets its that simple Dave lol if only your clients could do 7 sets its ground breaking stuff lol . There's guys at my gym that truely believe that jay and phil got to where they are due to Fst-7 lol

Justin should be the next Jay Cutler, & I expect him to be Mr. Olympia within five years.
