Caroline, if you liked that one then you'll enjoy this one, too. :-D
That's more of Big Barry's creativity in action!
Merry Christmas, Barry, ~Maz~, and Kenny Kola!

Awesome!
Man, with as much as people move from site to site (name someone who hasn't moved in some combination of MD-to-Flex-to-Rx, etc.), I don't see the need to hate on any individual in this industry who is trying their best to promote athletes and the sport.
Starting with Dave himself. He's a man I respect more than any other for all he's done for the athletes and to promote the sport. He worked for MD and then continued that work with his own enterprise, RxMuscle.com.
Sean Andros, Peter McGough, Aaron Singerman, Dan Solomon, Bob Cicherillo, and more have all covered the sport under various umbrellas or associated with different companies or brands.

^^^^ I'll add Christian Duque to that list. Love him or hate him, there's no denying he has a passion for the sport and its competitors. http://strengthaddicts.com/
Ha! Mac, your criticism of his site seems to have spurred him to make some changes?

And that was the last sentence of your first (of three) paragraphs in rebuttal.
I'd thus propose, given a quick reread of the last two, that they are nothing more than ass-kissery at its finest.
My point stands - FatAdina being in the role she is, should not necessarily presuppose that she champions the sport or its competitors as best she can. Especially, given much of what has been written in several threads here about her, by people who have worked with her.Last edited by Maniacal; 12-22-2014 at 04:06 PM.

Several threads created by two people. Who no longer work with or for her. There's that.
No offense to MPJ or Joe Pietaro (okay, everyone takes offense over everything, so that's a wash, I guess), but we haven't heard any other side of the Working With Adina experience, have we?
Where's Bob Cicherillo when you need him? In the past he's never avoided running his trap over here.

Not sure what Bob could offer than to say he likes Adina. I liked here when she was talking to me prior to claiming "you are more interested in kissing the Manions' asses than backing up Team MD." Of course she was correct, but I happen to like Jim Manion and JM and certainly back them up in most everything and consider what they done with the leading bodybuilding federations nothing short of phenomenal. Do I like being called essentially a traitor when it wasn't true? Absolutely not. Being a team player requires more than kissing even her ass.

Gregg Valentino will certainly chime in on Adina tomorrow evening on Iron Debate, as it was her who single-handedly made the word "irrelevant" a not so-inside joke between Gregg and myself.
I obviously cannot post their names since they still are employed at MD, but she has rubbed many the wrong way at best and totally pissed off others. Her inadequacies and blatant disregard to do what was asked of her was a song played over and over on a weekly basis.
Musclepapa and myself are far from the only ones who have major issues with this wanna-be blogger. I don't give a fuck if it sounds like sour grapes; I hated her guts when I was still cashing Blechy's checks and never hid that from anyone, including Adina and Blechy themselves.Last edited by Joe Pietaro; 12-22-2014 at 05:18 PM.

Yeah, it sucks to be thrown under the bus.
I'm glad you're here, MPJ.
It actually doesn't sound like sour grapes. Otoh, I've learned that at times it's best to follow Sun-tzu's advice, "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer."
Your approach seems like more fun, though. I'll definitely be watching Iron Debate!
