Lift 6-7x days a week?
Does anyone train 6-7 days a week? Is it possible to handle it? Or doing something like this is one of the stupid things to do becouse overtraining etc. etc.? :-)
I don't mean for example one day only for biceps, next day only for triceps etc. You know... something like:
P/P/L/Repeat or Legs/Shouders+Triceps/Back/Chest+Biceps/Repeat...

Try it and see what happens.
Ron Noreman on an episode of Heavy Muscle TV or HMR stated that people can work chest three times each week depending on intensity. I forget which program it was, but he offered that there's no reason an untrained person should wait a week to train chest again -- with intensity of effort being the key factor, iirc.
There's a difference between the intensity generated by a Juan Diesel versus, say, yours truly in the squat rack. I could train legs four times each week where Morel probably needs ten days to recover from some of his leg days.
Many people train seven days, right? Just depends on intensity and the split you follow would be my uneducated, non-guru guess.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!
