Forget the guy without the shirt... are there any other guys in that gym that look bodybuilder like? They all seem to just hang around in the frame.
And Branch should show that kid proper form on those cable curls before he's got him swinging the weight up like he does. Branch has enough experience to target muscles when using momentum... that kids gonna end up hurting something.
Having said all that... entertaining none the less.
