That was probably for ringworm, I at least here in the US that is what we would always end up getting if they didn't clean them every day.

They both look that way, just the left one I think it is more so than the right. it almost looks like there is a band around his arm at the bottom of the muscle holding it down as he flexes. Hope that made since to anyone but me in my head

Yeah we cleaned the mats cuz of multiple types of infections but ringworm fungus was ALWAYS the main reason

Forget the guy without the shirt... are there any other guys in that gym that look bodybuilder like? They all seem to just hang around in the frame.
And Branch should show that kid proper form on those cable curls before he's got him swinging the weight up like he does. Branch has enough experience to target muscles when using momentum... that kids gonna end up hurting something.
Having said all that... entertaining none the less.

I'm a big fan of Branch but his training is sloppy. I saw his back work out on MD and that is very sloopy. I guess it does not matter if you are genetically gifted and responded to that type of training. I understand cheating on your last set but his form are less then acceptable. I'm not a pro bodybuilder but I have seen other pros with much stricter form. Dave always talks about the importance of good form.
