1st cycle anavar - 21years girl
Hi ladies.
Firs of all I want to apologize for my english, im from europe.
I am 21. 163lbs 5.7ft
4 years lifting experience - 3-6 times per weak constantly with some short break - last 2 years olympic weightlifting + bodybulding. Now no cardio.
My goal is loss fat without muscle and gain stenght.
Diet is 1800kcal, 140p 200c 50f
I try many diet for my live but I never got succes. I feel better on high carb, lower fat diet.
I may post foto.
1. How about diet on anavar?
2. Can I train for strenght and for fat loss simultaneously?
3. How long is anavar on blood/ urine after cycle?

1. Doesn't matter what you are on - the diet is driven by your goals. If you want to build - then eat to build. If you want to lean out, then diet to lean out. The only change I might suggest for your current diet is to do a carb rotation instead of keeping steady at 200c / 50f, put the higher carbs / lower fat on your heavy lifting days, lower car / higher fat on the lighter or non-lifting days. If you keep the total cals constant but vary the carb / fat ratio, you can probably spur some bodyfat loss.
2. Yes.
3. Detection time is 3 weeks. If you are doing some competition that does testing, I suggest you give it a little longer. (And no I don't advocate using steroids in tested sports, but your body, your choice.)
