Love reading anything to do with Diet/Training that comes from Aceto. Always great info to be had.

Cool article Chris. Now with that in mind would the carb source matter?
I would think something like oatmeal or rice before to avoid crashing during the workout and I would think high GI after so that insulin levels are dropped back down quickly. Is this correct?Just doin' my thing.
