    Dave,

Due to my work schedule, I have to train first thing in the morning. I have been doing so fasted, but feel this may not be optimal. What, if anything, should I be eating prior to early morning training (both off-season and pre-contest)? Thank you!!!

Hey Dave! I'm 18 and a big fan of yours!

I recently decided to get serious about bodybuilding (1.5 years lifting total) and getting as large and strong as I can be and I have put on about 20lbs in the last month. I have now noticed that my waist has gotten larger (about 2 inches) and as a bodybuilder, obviously, a larger waist isn't a good thing or something I like to see growing.
Is this something that is expected to happen when you bulk naturally? Or is there something I need to incorporate to remedy this (i.e. stomach vacuums possibly)? Also, I do not do direct oblique work so I doubt it's a side effect of them growing.

    Thank you!

Hey Dave, I hate this show so much, I’d rather stand in Kai Green’s 4 x 5 foot kitchen in the Brooklyn projects while he cooks a piece of chicken over 8 lit burners, than listen to your show.

QUESTION - May you explain the difference in fiber as it related to calories, not blood sugar impact? I’ve been trying to explain to my boyfriend there are several types of fiber with soluable fiber being digested by bacteria and as a result, short chain fatty acids are produced, which in turn provide the body energy (aka calories). Researchers believe the energy is somewhere between 2-3 calories per gram. He believes fiber has no calories!

Quest Bars for example, only have 4 Net Carbs — it’s BS! Quest Bar used isomalto-oligosaccharide units linked together by digestion resistant a(1-6) linkage, an fun it had a prebiotic effect with production of short chain fatty acids, so acts as soluable fiber.

He won’t believe it unless it comes out of your mouth.

    Dave,

Hate the show. Does T3 cause you to lose muscle?

When you need treatment for cancer, you have a lot to learn and think about. It is normal to feel overwhelmed and confused. But, talking with your doctor and learning all you can about all your treatment options, including clinical trials, can help you make a decision you feel good about.

Dave... I’ve been sticking to your advice where you say to use a good fiber supplement, vitamin d3, omega fatty acids, and a multi vitamin. I’m having some stomach issues so Im looking into probiotics.. was wondering if you had any recommendations? thanks my man

Hey Dave! Hate this show as much as Steve Blechman hates glute-free diets

Question: My right quad is stronger and bigger than my left quad and same applies for my calves, but the opposite way. Should i only do unilateral movements for my legs and what exercises would you suggest? During my sprinting career my quad&ham strength was measured after heavy squatting program on IsoKinetic machine, my left quad got stronger only about 30 units, right quad a whopping 80...

    Thank you!

    Huge RX fan

Hi Dave and Sid, hate this show more than I hate my 5am cardio sessions while listening to Jeremy Buendia’s latest BS!!!

Sid, please read this out for Dave....

    2 part question.

Hi Dave, I guess stress marks are part of the game when you gain a lot of size very quickly, but have you ever come across anything to assist in the fading of stretch marks?

Also, i made the mistake of injecting my upper pecs with synthol when I was 26 (now 36) is there any way to remove the scar tissue this caused from injecting too much?

    Thanks guys. Awesome job

    Hi Dave & Sid,

This question is a little more involved, but I'll try to make it as short as possible.

I'm 32, been training as a natural all my life. I haven't seen any improvements in my physique since my mid 20's. I guess you can say that's when I "plateaued." I am at a point where I am training hard, but getting aching elbows, knees, etc, with little to no visible results.

My question is a philosophical one. What is the point of training with intensity and consistency when I am not going to get any better as a natural? Wouldn't it be wiser to start cycling/doing low doses to get the results I want without destroying my joints and over-training?

    Hey Dave & sid,

Ive been training, competing and using performance enhancers for about 10 years very mildly. This year I’ve decided to push for another level in my physique and try hgh. How beneficial is the addition of HGH? I’ve always looked at it as a game changer. Will the synergistic effect of gh and Aas be the stepping stone to
the next level I’m looking for?

Hi Dave! I am about 1 year into my natural bodybuilding journey and I am noticing my proportions are off. My right bicep, tricep, lat, and shoulder are all slightly larger due to playing baseball from ages 4-17. Other than time, is there any other way to help fix this imbalance?
