Hey Dave! Love the show, been watching it everyday during my fasted cardio and before bed! learning lots! Question is.. What would be the best method or exercises to BUILD more of a 3D upper back/more detail in the muscle??? I am a competitor who received a Judges critique video and would love to improve my weak points as much as humanly possible! Cheers.

When it comes to natural vs non-natural, why don't you just use the terms user vs. abuser? It seems much more appropriate in today's narrative
Most of the fake natty's are 'users' but maybe not 'abusers'.
PS I hate the show. How's Jimmy the Bull doing?

Dave love your show!
I have a question:
I recently started back training after a 2 years break.
My doctor prescribed me a low dose of Serequel (Quetiapine) for sleep.
During that time a gained 30 pounds of fat.
At the moment i'm on a calorie restricted diet.
And working out 3 days a week, the other days i'm doing 1 hour of slow phase cardio.
Training is going great! and i'm building muscle even on a low calorie diet +- 1700 kcal.
But i'm not losing anything on the scale?
Is this related to Serequel?
Greetings, from the Netherlands.

Hi Dave - I typically consume 8 oz of whole milk with a scoop of whey protein an hour before hitting the gym in the morning. If I add in 1 or 2 tablespoons of almond butter to this drink would the almond butter serve to slow down the digestive process? I ask this because I need to take medication in the morning and it should be taken with a "fatty meal" in order to slow down digestion and increase serum levels so I was wondering if this combination would be sufficient enough to slow down that proccess.

Can you cover the Pete Grymkoswky steroid cycle? He said he used up to 10 grams of gear a day I want you give your opinion? I think he is lying, in my opinion no humam body would resist that much gear.
Thank you Dave Palumbo I'm one of your fans I admire you a lot..
