    I hate this show so much, I would rather watch Dave try to act in Batman Forever than listen to him answer another question!

    Jimmy the Iron Bull is the man! Will you consider having him on more? Also, will you consider making Jimmy the Iron Bull muscle shirts? I would pay good money for one.     I hate this show so much I would rather do weighted dips by tying off 45s to my ding dong than listen to Dave make up some more mumbo jumbo and pass it off as fact!

    When on a keto diet, what are your thoughts about taking 15-20grams of carbs post workout to load the muscles back up with glycogen for the next work out? Makes sense for a good next lift or defeats the whole purpose of kept and digging in to the fat storage for energy?

    I hate this show so much, I would rather watch Greg Valentino wipe his a$$ with a bologna sand-which in Jail than listen to another ask dave question!

    After finishing a cycle, my blood results came back with a flag that I had low esterdial levels/estrogen. Besides taking anabolics, what can you take to raise your estrogen to levels with in the normal range so that you can then start your PCT?

    Also, how would you design your PCT cycle knowing that you have low estrogen levels? Drop out the AI and just take Clomid and Nolvadex?

    I hate this show so much, I would rather watch Sid compete in a body building show than listen to another episode!

    A top level bodybuilding guru recently posted a video saying that taking anabolics and then working out right afterwords, will lead some of the anabolics going to the heart from the stress of the workout and thus causing the heart to grow! This thought was developed after the passing of Dallas. If you believe some of this rings true, should you have a big gap in time between taking anabolics and working out to prevent enlarged heart? How big of a time gap do you think is required? What would your anabolic timing and workout schedule protocol be?

    What is the best diet for DNP? I hear people say key but- when you eat carbs, they get burned off as heat. When you eat protein/fats, there is no mechanism of action to prevent them from being used as energy or stored as fat. It seems that over eating proteins or fats on DNP can cause you to gain weight. Where as eating carbs on DNP will just raise your body temporary and possible kill you from cooking your insides. Besides the whole dying part, what diet do you think is safer/better for taking DNP?

    When the question comes up – high reps vs low reps – I don’t hear the anatomy of the muscle being taken into consideration. For instance, there are fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers also knows as the gray or white matter of the muscle and thus some muscles are better suited for aerobic vs anaerobic activities.


    Example of that is the calves and abs muscles are comprise of a lot more slow twitch muscle fibers that are great for long endurance or tons of reps. Other muscles like biceps and triceps are comprised of a lot more fast twitch muscle fibers for burst of powerful energy.
    With the calves and abs muscles that are built for long endurance, it seems that low weight and tons of reps is not efficient at breaking them down, they are built to endure. However, heavy weight and lower reps should break them down quickly to build mass easier.


    With the anatomy of the muscle in mind, does that affect your answer to the high or low reps question?


    My two cents on the matter is that you need to train both muscle fibers! You can do this together in one workout or in 2 work outs. For example – warm up and then get in 3-5 heavy sets to break down the slow twitch muscle fibers of the muscle. Then switch to lighter sets of pyramiding sets or drop sets or forced reps or negatives or burn outs so that you break down the fast twitch muscle fiber – thus breaking down all the muscle fibers and thus a full muscle recovery will occur.


    Or to split this in to 2 workouts – do a few weeks of heavy weight, low reps. After your body gets used to this type of a workout, then switch it up to light weight and high rep work out.


    With all this info, I am sure that Sid has said at least once, where is the question – so here it is - With the anatomy of the muscle in mind, does that affect your answer to the high or low reps question?
