You have gained 120lbs since you started lifting at 5ft 11, your a bullshit merchant, we are still waiting for the pic of your shoulders which dwarf mine, I put my pic up weeks ago, your living in a fantasy world, I would say your 200lbs tops and that's being nice.

Merchant? Wow, dude you really are weak minded. Just because I took my mind to a place only a certain few can take, don't knock me. I eat 8 meals a day and train like an animal. In any case I will get this issue taken care of w my computer and post pics. You want one with undies or G-string pal?

Weak minded your a wanker, I competed in front of 100 plus people not just once, become British champion weightlifter and got the medals and certificates to prove it, I was going to go for the European championship with shit loads of different countries, but due to a serious injury couldn't go, and I've got pics to prove that you fucking maggot, let's see this 290lb animal who probably has 90lbs of fat and water retention, then I will believe you, other wise your full of shit

As LEE HANEY used to say: "Simulate; don't annihilate!" ...... the breaking down of muscle fibers is the stimulus for growth; however, if you overdo it and break down too many fibers (which results in excessive inflammation), you won't be able to recover from the training effort and you'll actually risk losing muscle. Lactic acid buildup merely signifies that you've burned through a lot of ATP in the muscle cells and have accumulated a lot of waste products.
