I blasted tris today and second exercise was rope pushdowns. WOW what an f'n pump. It hurt so bad that it felt like walking on broken glass .. SO does it mean growth?

im 290 now. not too sloppy, carrying good mass at 5'11. I think I can fit in the xxxl. lol.. The f'd up part is I'm trying to get down in weight and diet is pretty clean, guess it aint happening lol.
