Dave , much respect. Let's get a little deeper.
Modern science shows leptin and insulin bind to the same receptor, verifying the efficacy of low carb diets. With this in mind does the pre contest bodybuilder want to avoid insulin all together?

Dave, I don't know whether this has been asked or answered before ...where or how did you come up with R.X for rx muscle?

I'm just gonna C&P my question from the first thread with more detail...
I'm really enjoying the new show!
My question is this:
Why is it that some people (especially females) will run an injectable such as Equipoise and not experience most side effects until after they end the cycle?
I know of several people who ran a 8-10 week cycle of a single compound (Equipoise, non aromatizing for contest prep)in a modest dose (think 50 mg every 4-5 days).
They would have dropped the compound sooner if they had seen any negative effects sooner but didn't know until the end that they would have them since typically EQ doesn't show itself for 5 weeks anyway. Is this related to their length of cycle? Or is it their genetics, or is it underdosed/unreliably dosed/poorly made gear? I'd like to understand the science of side effect timing.

Hi Dave,
I was looking on youtube at a vid by bios3training and he explained there used to be 2.5 mg tabs of anavar back in the day, you would only have to take a couple and you would see great results. These days anavar mostly comes in 10 mg tabs and they are required to be taken in much larges dosages (50-100mg common).
Should you be worried taking anavar these days?

Dave, will you please consider coming out with an Apple-Cinnamon flavor or Cinnamon-Maple flavored fiberlyze? I put the tropical punch flavor in a bowl and make it the consistency of creamy rice but I think of how those other flavors would mimic hot cereal for me too!

Dave,
Hi Dave, I have two questions. You suggest low carb diets for fat loss, How low ? 20 , 30 , or 40 grams of carbs? And Have you ever thought about writing an ebook or book? your extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, bodybuilding and training. I would be the first to buy it.
Thanks

Dave,
If you could go back in time and talk to your 20 year old self,
what advice would you give yourself?
