i havent read any responses to your post. i bet it went in a negative direction at some point haha. anyway. on to the question.
i think genetics get more blame for lack of commitment on all levels than it should. in some small way sure but the same guys that say this are usually quick to say its nuts to be on 200mcg of clen ed, 2-3g of tren ew, 20+iu of gh ed, hundreds of ius of slin per day, etc, etc. when you find a way to make yourself recover better, process more food, and lift heavier weights the muscles will get bigger. when things stall its because at least part of the equation is lacking. obsession and crazyness are crucial haha
