do naps make you grow?
I always heard that naps release GH through a process. I figured I'd give it a shot. So ive been trying it and not letting go at any price

I love taking naps but, you have to realize ,my naps are 3 to 4 hours long......do that still qualifies as a nap ? Lol

The more you sleep the better. Ronnie is famous for sleeping anywhere … Kevin Levrone Always advocate to sleep at least 8 hours per night and used to take 1 to 2hours and a half nap. (he said it numerous time). Ronnie used to say he slept really few hours at night, but every body including Kevin knew he was bulshitting them.
Well a lot of Ifbb pros nap. Phil Heath do nap whenever he can. I think Jay used to nap (not sur about that though). It's when you're resting and sleeping that you body repair itself at full capacity therefore it makes sense to nap when and if you can.

Yeah Yates says he used to take a 1-2 hour nap daily.I don't get to during the week but I love to get up early on weekends and get my shit done then about 1 o'clock lay down for about a two hour nap

In school I often only got about 3 or 4 hours of sleep. I still made good progress but tried to over compensate for it with increasing food intake.
The more sleep the better....but if you can't swing it there are other variables that can be changed to compensate assuming you ride on 3 wheels the same way you rode on 4.Last edited by Professor X; 01-24-2015 at 02:29 PM.

Back in my competitive years, I used to go train.... Come home, eat a meal, and go to sleep for 60- 90 min and when I woke, I swear I felt bigger and I felt like the body part I just trained was already starting to heal. I grew my best when I incorporated regular naps. The trick is to make sure you really give it your all in the gym and take in the right nutrition

If I get 7hrs in a night without being sick or on drugs I'm ecstatic.
