Default My Pre Contest 12 weeks out

    Hi guys,

I'm 12 weeks out contest, going to do a few ones this year. I have setup my cycle, very basic cycle, don't like to get crazy with things.

    - 12-8 weeks out

    500mg sustanon + 200mg tren E + 500mg EQ + 200mg Primo + 25mg Proviron ED + 25mg Aromasin EOD + 25mcg T3

    - 8 - 6 weeks out

    100mg Prop EOD + 100mg Tren EOD + 300mg Primo + 50mg Anavar ED + 50mg Proviron ED + 25mg Aromasin EOD + 50mcg T3

    - 4 weeks out

    100mg Prop EOD + 100mg Tren EOD + 300mg Primo + 100mg Masteron EOD + 50mg Anavar ED + 50mg Winny ED + 50mg Proviron + 25mg Aromasin ED + 75mcg T3

I'm pretty low body fat already at 12 weeks out, but I still retain loads of water (must be sustanon, we will see when I switch to Propionate).

The thing is I'm not sure if using Aromasin 25mg ED 8 weeks out, to see if I lose water retention, then add Letrozol 2.5mg 1 week out contest.

Another option could be: aromasin 25mg ED 8 weeks out + nolva 20mg 4 weeks out, and leave letro out (all 3 must be overkill).

Also I'd like to add Anadrol 2 weeks out - 50mg/100mg ED, and up proviron to 100mg 1 week out.

Dyazide will be used 1/4 on wednesday when I cut sodium, then 1/4 every 4h on thursday, and 1/2 every 8h on friday. If I don't need that much dyazide I'll only use it 1/4 every 4h on thursday (3 a day) and 1/2 every 8h on friday (AM/PM). Contest is saturday AM.

I've competed already for 2 years and I think I'm on track, but this year I don't have a trainer to guide me, so I'm competing by myself.

Excuse my english and thanks in advance.

It hard to say what dose you need without some blood work to check estrogen levels. You would drop water faster than that though so if you only need 12.5 ED then stick to that. It would take 8 weeks to lower estrogen levels and if you use letro for the last week it will be a non issue. Do you plan on reintroducing sodium before the show? Adding in diazide and cutting sodium too harshly will almost certainly flatten you out badly.

    Hi data4,

Yep, but I've changed my carb up/water/sodium manipulation a bit, it works well for me to get really depleted, my body usually keeps full with veggies/high fats, and carbs usually bloat me if I carb up for 3 days, even 2 days.

Contest is on SATURDAY, so this is my plan:

    - Sunday - 7 litres water, high sodium, legs training. CARBS pre/post workout 200g

    - Monday - 7 litres water, high sodium, chest/triceps not too heavy (supersets). CARBS pre/post workout 150g

    - Tuesday - 7 litres water, high sodium, back/biceps not too heavy (supersets). CARBS pre/post 100g

    - Wednesday - 5 litres water, cut sodium at 10PM (last meal of the day), shoulders/traps not too heavy (supersets). CARBS pre/post 50g

    - Thursday - 2.5 litres water, no sodium, upper body depletion workout 15-20 reps 2 exercises per muscle. CARBS ONLY pre 50g. 1/4 aldactazide AM + 1/4 Aldactazide (15.00PM) + 1/4 aldactazide 22.00PM). 1/2 aldactazide AM + 1/2 aldactazide at night.

    - Friday - sip water (around 1 litre), no sodium. NO training, START carb loading, 50g CARBS per meal (5 meals). A lot of POSING. 1/4 aldactazide AM + 1/4 Aldactazide (15.00PM) + 1/4 aldactazide 22.00PM)

    - Saturday - no water, reintroduce sodium 3h before predjuding. Keep carb loading (French fries + Eggs in the AM). NO DIURETIC.

    EDIT:

Contest is on SATURDAY, so this is my plan:

    - Sunday - 7 litres water, high sodium, legs training. CARBS pre/post workout 200g

    - Monday - 7 litres water, high sodium, chest/triceps not too heavy (supersets). CARBS pre/post workout 150g

    - Tuesday - 7 litres water, high sodium, back/biceps not too heavy (supersets). CARBS pre/post 100g

    - Wednesday - 5 litres water, cut sodium at 10PM (last meal of the day), shoulders/traps not too heavy (supersets). CARBS pre/post 50g

    - Thursday - 2.5 litres water, no sodium, upper body depletion workout 15-20 reps 2 exercises per muscle. CARBS ONLY pre 25g. 1/2 aldactazide AM + 1/2 aldactazide at night.

    - Friday - sip water (around 1 litre), no sodium. NO training, START carb loading, 50g CARBS per meal (5 meals). A lot of POSING. 1/4 aldactazide AM + 1/4 Aldactazide (15.00PM) + 1/4 aldactazide 22.00PM) watch condition, if you are ripped enough do not add more aldactazide.

    - Saturday - no water, reintroduce sodium 3h before predjuding. Keep carb loading (French fries + Eggs in the AM for example). NO DIURETIC.

If it works that is all that matter! I have found that cutting sodium entirely makes it hard to fill back out but if you leave some in on the days before you are better off. That is what I find with clients anyhow. If I pull it too hard they wont peak till the next day and that is even if I reintroduce it Saturday. The process of getting the fluids distributed where they need to be is a bit slower than many think and that seems to throw the process off.

Your plan seems fine but keeping a bit more water and sodium in leading up to it would be a good idea especially with the inclusion of diuretics. Just my experiences with my clients.

    Thanks for answering mate...

Would you use potassium (99mg) 4x day when cutting sodium wednesday night?

Aldactazide is a potassium-sparing diuretic, so I guess it would not be wise since all meals (veggies, potatos, etc) contain potassium.
