You're looking good, man. Constructive criticism only:
It looks like you've got a great taper, however...you should try hitting your lat spread by moving the placement of your hands back just a but. I can see from your reflection in the mirror that your hands are on your stomach. They look just a bit too far in on your stomach. Just my opinion, though.
Again- you look great, bro. Just try adjusting that pose bit and see how it looks.

Woke up this AM at 200.3lbs. Slowly dropping. Going to have to really push the diet these next 8 weeks I feel. Meaning 4 low days, 2 medium, and 1 high. Keep it at 600grams of carbs for now and eliminate the cheat meal so its a strict 600grams.
My cheat meals of lately have been pretty much a binger lol. Ill let my body tell me what to do. My refeed day is tommorrow. If I drop I may still have the cheat how ever keep it controlled.
I usually do a large pizza with a pint of ice cream but the last 2 weeks ive eaten that and then some. So im sure thats the culprit as to why im dropping so slowly.
How ever as previously posted, I wake up hard as nails and looking full and big so I like to feel there is a benefit to eating like that. How ever i still have fat to drop and my hammies/glutes are going to be stubborn so I feel ridding the cheats and stick to a 600gram load at 8 weeks out is best.
