    Understandable. Bench press is a cool lift. I love flat DB press now that I'm strong enough to go over my BW. I always thought chest training was boring but that all changed about a year ago when I started training shoulders on the same day as chest. Something kicked in with a MMC maybe? Might be my favorite day of the week but don't tell my legs or back.

    If he is a lean 290 he has way better genetics than me. I have been 290 plus but it was sloppy and weak. He is probably justa genetic monster that can ride by the gym and grow from looking at it.

    ^This from the guy with a 705 rack pull! GD, if we lived closer I'd convince you to enter a PL meet and I'd bring your kids so we could yell our heads off and cheer you on!

    I do have a t-shirt design in the works with my PRs on it. Problem is, I keep crushing my PRs before I can print the shirt. What's a girl to do? Tee hee.

    I wish I had problems like these! I consider it a good offseason if I can add a pound of stage weight. In the 5 years that I've been seriously lifting (like a maniac, every meal meticulously timed, gobs of food...) I've barely put 3" on my legs! Can you say FRUSTRATING?!
