Yeah, but the initial crash didn't kill anyone. I'm curious how the law, insurance companies, the average joe determines or assesses fault.
The first post notes:
Jenner was going north when his black Cadillac Escalade rear-ended a Lexus sedan that had just struck the back of a black Toyota Prius, Brooks said. The Lexus veered into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a black Hummer.
Jenner was driving his Escalade and was towing a trailer with an all-terrain vehicle when he ran into a white Lexus from behind, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Philip Brooks said.
The pile up started when a Prius stopped in the northbound lanes on the PCH, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
Why was the Prius stopped?
Changing my view on this (now that I actually read the article - D'OH!) and agree with you, warthog.

Wait.
God. My reading comprehension is squat.
Jenner wasn't rearended.
"Jenner was going north when his black Cadillac Escalade rear-ended a Lexus sedan that had just struck the back of a black Toyota Prius"
Jenner's Escalade rearended the Lexus.

It's almost impossible to stop when a car right in front of you comes to a dead stop in a crash. In the case of emergency braking ,brake lights would come on and warn you to brake as well. One could assume that the Lexus driver on an expired licence(2007) didn't slam the brakes before it rammed into the Prius and came to stop which would greatly reduce the time he had in which to realise and react. As long as he wasn't on his phone ,I think he will get off without consequence.

Believe you're correct.
Have a friend in the same age bracket who did just that. This is probably something Jenner was contemplating for a long time.
If it's true at all. I still have a difficult time wrapping my mind around a model of testosterone who won the gold medal in the decathlon in 1976 changing his gender.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

Just like when the army breaks their recruits down mentally and remoulds them into what they want them to be,those women have succeeded in the pussyfication of Bruce Jenner.
pussyfication- (vulgar, slang, pejorative) The process of making or becoming weaker, gentler, or less masculine
