Im 24 and a big fan! While batteling i always saw your series n stuff
One year ago i won my battle against testicular cancer. I had surgery and chemo BEPx3, docs decided they wanted to do a rnpla surgery to remove a lymph in my stomach, leaving 24cm scar. I came out clear and decided to chevk up on my testosteron level wich landed at 430 1month after all of this

6months have passed and the major sides from chemo are gone, but another problem came along: i started to feeling extreme tired, drowzy, less consentraton n focus, loss of intellect, no aggression, drive, im just not the same.. Bloods came out 2days ago:

Fsh 18.60 (1.40 - 18)
Testosterone, free, serum 10.40 (8.5 - 55)
Testosterone, total, serum 250 ( 240 - 850)
Estrodiol e2 40 ( below 38)

Whats your on take it ??
Btw before all this happend I was a trainer in crossfit, yoga and an aspiring fitness athlete. I was healthy, but did consume way to mamy supplements, testboosters, daa ( did this have a part in it?) likewise did run a cycle of testosteron-eq-winstrol 3years ago but decided juice wasent for me (could have contributed?) now im all organic, i eat alot fruit, try to stay alkaline, and just overall run a super healthy lifestyle!

Has my last testicle given up?
Can i recover my hormones naturally?
Is testosterone safe for me?

Biggest gift bodybuilding gave me, was to strive and succeed! Without it i might not have made it

Hi Dave, what are your thoughts about fruit? Do you eat fruit and how does it fit in your daily diet? I read and hear very little about it, and i wonder if i should eat it or just have supplements? Personally, every day when wake up, i have my smoothie, consisting of a kiwi, half an avocado and a quarter of a cucumber. Next t that, im having a protein shake. Im really curious about you opinion.

Hi Dave,

I have a question about the duration you'd keep your PED gains. Let's say you do a cycle for 12 weeks of 500 mg of test enanthate every week and you end up gaining 15 pounds. You then end your cycle after the 12 weeks duration. You keep training hard and eating properly.

I know this is very individual based, but please give me an estimate of what you would keep half a year later.

Hello Dave,

My question is in regards to TRT and sex drive. In the past when I have "blasted" with higher Testosterone doses of 500/mg per week I experience a very high sex drive. However when I am on a more conservative TRT dose of 200/mg per week my sex drive is sub-par. I am taking .5 mg of ADEX every other day.

I have heard suggestions of taking something such as Proviron to boost libido but I am wondering if you have any other suggestions to boost libido or things to ask the TRT doc to look for? Just to clarify this isn't a blood flow issue but more of the psychological aspect of sex drive.

Dave, you're the boss, it's time you made some changes to this sorry @$$ show. Seriously though, I keep getting ripped off when trying new UGLs. I'm afraid to order from one of those overseas online companies. What should I do? I want to compete, though can't get my hands on quality/reliable AAS. I don't want to inject something toxic one day as a desparation to try Deca made who knows where. Can you recommend a place to start?

Dave, what are your thoughts on whether finasteride inhibits muscle growth while on or off cycle since my understanding is that it inhibits conversion of DHT? Can you please elaborate more on this drugs use in bodybuilding?
