Ok so I went to get a test e vial and the rubber stopper piece on the vials seemed to be expanded and one was even sunk in has this ever happened to anyone?... Should I be concerned of using them?...

Not surprising to hear. I assume this is from some underground lab?

I'm no expert but when you see a rubber stopper that's either bulging in out or partially sunken in, it probably means that there is either too much pressure in the bottle...or a negative amount of pressure in the bottle.
Like when you pull out a cc with a syringe you normally inject a cc into the bottle first, right? You do this to maintain an even level of pressure inside the bottle.
My guess would be that these were not bottled properly...but like I said- I am no expert.
