Thought his physique was really balanced and conditioned at his two Arnold appearances this year. His legs on the side chest are a bit shallow. Brandon Curry (who is 2 inches shorter, 5'10" vs 5'8") had at least as thick of a side leg in their Ohio comparisons. But Centopani's legs were sharp from the front and back though and they're not far off in size. It's just what he gives up in sweep is enough to lose poses right now to guys like Cedric and Compton.
I think his abs & thighs shot is pretty good for a bigger guy. He turns the lead leg out to the side on his heel and shows more thigh thickness in that pose. (He could show more inner-thigh in other poses too.) His abs are really good and he's very proportionate in conditioning and muscularity front to back and top to bottom, but is just lacking a bit of sweep and hang.
My only criticism of his upper body is his lower back. Especially on the rear double he has a lot going on up top, but the lower lats aren't as good as they need to be. Part of that has to do with how he hits the pose. I've seen him at the end of that pose flash his lats better as he's getting ready to transition. There's more there is what I'm trying to say. But aside from his legs it's an area that needs improvement. It's one of the areas where Cedric beat him in their 2nd call-out in Ohio.
His arms, delts, calves and abs are all top notch. His condition and color are always on point. Sometimes he's a bit flat, but it doesn't make or break him in a line-up, and I think it can actually work in his favor when so many guys are spilling over and blowing their guts out. Also, he shows his chest/back width from the side better now as he's improved his posing over time. As for those legs, he's only 33. And again, they're not as far off as some people make it sound. They did show improvement this year.
He could clean house at a couple of smaller shows (non-Arnold's) and knock down an 8th at the Olympia. Roelly finished 7th at the Olympia in this year and Centopani beat him solidly at his two Arnold's, putting him in his rear-view mirror. But then you also have to account for Cedric and Compton likely being in the 2016 Olympia. I think Cedric, Compton and Centopani could displace Branch, Roelly and Bonac who finished 6th, 7th and 8th in 2015, respectfully. That, combined with a win at a smaller show would be a splash in my books. He's definitely more suited to the 2012 Olympia 8th place than the 2013 13th place. And he'll reach his peak at 36-37 just as we start seeing some retirements.

Two thoughts:
One) I love the two weeks out photos. Always awesome and always playing with the other competitors minds lol
Two) Evan, regardless of how he looks in them, has yet to bring it together on stage the way many hope he will.06, 08, 09 and now 2010 British (4x) and 2008/2010 European Grip Champion (2x)

You could take this same photo from at least the last 5 years and they all look the same .. And then he gets on stage and looks nothing like this photo

I think with this passed Arnold, big EV was off. He needs more fullness and cuts next time and watch out

I think he looks awesome always, reminds me of a Dorian minus the back, I think personally all bodybuilders look better 2-3weeks out of the day of the show or a day or two after the show just my preference
