That's how most lighter skinned people look in their late 40's.

He used to smoke also, and that is a factor in the aged look.

You beat me to it.I was going to say "revenge of the sunbeds". He's German also,I find a lot of Germans get that thick skinned red faced look like the kind that comes from a lot of rich food and drink over time. Next -Dennis Wolf
