With or without gear- pretty impressive for 14 years old. I'm pretty sure I was a scrawny 110 lbs at that age.

No doubt in my mind about two things:
1- O'Hearn has amazing genetics. The shape he's always in IMO supports this
2- The guy has always appeared to bust his ass, so respect for that
As far as being 14 and beating guys 5 years older (with a considerably more time training I assume),... I've seen shots that Kamali threw up years ago claiming some crazy young age as well but looking nowhere what he claimed IN MY PERSONAL OPINION.
Is it possible? Sure. Is it probable? Well, there's where people will disagree and look for things to jump on. 176 lbs contest condition on a 14 year old? These days when I see 15 or 16 year old NPC competitors who have been "prepped" with all that entails looking better than some middle + level amateurs from the 80's, I realize that the old "great genetics" argument only accounts for so much anymore.

Looks natural to me. I guess its hard for people like myself and others who have to kill ourselves in the gym to understand how much genetics plays a part of all of this.
I I worked at a state pen years ago as a nurse. There were a few guys in there with no weights and maybe 30g of protein a day that would blow the doors off a lot of regional NPC shows. Don't get me wrong, these did body weight workouts in their cells.
I I found it comical when they would ask my advice, after all I went to a gym, took sups, and ate like a bb'er.
Theres freaks out there. BELIEVE!
