6 years ago a lot of these things did not make sense to me. Now with age (25 ^^) I begin the appreciate and grasp his message.
What do you guys think about him and his very unorthodox training, diet, life philosophy?
Would you implement some of his techniques into your own training/diet arsenal ?
I'm still in awe every time I see a picture of him!

He started hitting the boards a few years before he passed away to challenge the laziness he saw among many pros in the industry today. I've personally found his high volume training style to be great for me since I have joint and tendon issues from years of training super heavy all of the time. With good form and tempo you can get a lot of stimulation with a lot less weight and not lose much overall strength.
Serge had a pretty good thread over on get big where in addition to diet and training talk he also presented some interesting opinions on Weider and conspiracies to keep Arnold at the top.

Than you Todd for the link !
I know it's great for the tendons etc not too hard on the joints. + it makes sense that it's quite effective to burn LOTS of calories. But getting Huge is not the primary focus of this method i guess.
