I miss pulling the sled sooo much! Great cardio. It's actually almost made me puke, haha. I'm gonna do these iso-planks today. I can play with it, they look fun. How're you feeling, 2 days later?

I felt great after that - my glute/hams were sore from that sled - dang how humbling that thing is. But from past experience, if you can suck up that type of HIIT activity for a week, you tend to start acclimating pretty quickly. The 1 week of suck up is the hard part.

Work got a little insane yesterday & today so I opted for AM cardio at home on the stairmaster ("Shanghai Noon" w/ Jackie Chan & Owen Wilson is playing on my Roku Netflix!).

I will say that my back was particularly sore after that work out - it was w/ my trainer and he is nailing specific parts of my back to get deep thickness & width.

Waiting for this HIIT stuff to start making a difference in my bodyfat levels - overall I'm making progress, but after the carb up & a day or two off because of my neck, I'm hoving around 163 again. Time get over the hump & get ye olde metabolism burning.

    8/31/15 - Happy Monday!

AM: 40 min SS stairmaster + 45 min manual lawn mowing

... the lawn HAD to be done today ... getting out of hand. I've been putting it off because of a little heat wave we got this weekend, but it was getting a little bit fuzzy.

Also supposed to get a new split this week.

mowing the lawn is no joke especially big ones. Could take up to several hours.

I've had a mower like hers. When the lawn gets thick it is no joke. I had a huge yard too.
