Hey Jill, I had sworn off this place except for occasional lurking because of the "Dookie " problem. Now that the issue has been flushed I have decided to come out of the closet and start posting again. Good to be reading your info as always.
Dave. I think Christian fixed it so it does not notify Dave anymore when I type his name?Gone but not forgotten, I remember you too Dookie!

Ouch! Glad it's only minor but at our age it still takes us out of the game temporarily. Hope that the rest over the weekend is all you need to get back on track.

hope you will be all right... with legs I can totally relate to that.. but not training them did not helped me much, I just made them soft... what helped me was longer steady cardio with stretching and also no heavy press - I had not equipement in 2014 and I did not squat much (only light weights) and I did mostly leg extensions and leg curls, I started with legpress 8 weeks out, but I did a lot of cardio on my stationary bike.. and finally made them smaller... problem is girls with bigger legs have them genetically and also you can not walk around on your arms LOL

The irony of being out of commission for a couple of days - Shelby thinks I've lost more than a 1lb of fat and great progress.
Honestly.
This is as annoying as the way we look better 2 days and 2 lb of m&m's after a show.
What I envision for myself is what I had in my photos 3 days after my 2010 show and probably more like 4 lb of pretzel m&m's later.... but ideally even smaller quads - but I was pretty happy w/ these as I was holding water on show day.

LOL to that If only I did not have my belly bloated, but 2 days and 3 buffets after my Desert classic show I reached the driest and hardest condition I ever had Still I am not that crazy to do my final prep at all you can eat pancakes
