    "Mom arms"...doubtful. What we think of as Mom arms or Dadbods in ourselves is being in very good shape for the general population.

    You are physically ahead of 98% of the population even with only one good arm currently.

    Today was another milestone towards "new arm" - went in for a follow up w/ the doc - he's very happy w/ the progress so far. In fact, he said I'm healing "too well" and to not get all full of myself and start pushing it before the repair is ready for it.

    Had the bandages taken off and no longer need a waterproof bandage. The stitches will dissolve on their own. The little steri-strips were added today just to reinforce the stitched area and whenever they come off by themselves, I don't need to replace them.

    PT picks up again tomorrow and next follow up will be at the end of January when I should basically be past the 6 weeks (for the tendon to reattach to the bone) and pretty much ready to start training again. I'll be doing legs and whatever else doesn't involve my arms until then. Then at that time, given the degree of atrophy I already see, I'll probably start posting circumference measures from almost literally zero, hopefully back to at least what I've been sporting as a "gun show" for the last several years, around 14.5-15". Currently I have no biceps and mom arms. :c.

    'Mom arms', lol. It'll come back fast once you're released. I just started walking lunges for the first time this week. It was a mental trip not being able to just go and smash legs for a long time. I just started squatting again a few weeks ago. I'll be thinking of you and your "process" every time I do biceps and send you a mental fist bump. I'm actually amazed at how good your arm looks compared to a few weeks ago just trauma wise.

    End of the year = end of this log. I accomplished a lot of what I wanted to do this year, primarily getting back on the wagon and competition shape. I was a little short on stage shape that I would be proud to bring to a competition and opted to push a show out until 2016 to get where I wanted. That got pushed back even further when I realized I'd torn my right biceps tendon enough that I needed a surgery.

    2016 is about dealing w/ the injury, getting to the stage w/ a shape I'm proud of (particularly as I approach my 51st birthday ... holy fakkkk), and a few other things.
