Hey "50" is the new "40" is the new "30!" Right?!? Why can't our bodies get with that state of mind!
The Ferrigno trophy is pretty dang sweet! I am so on board with getting the most you can out of a prep...Although I only did one show last year, I was ok with it. So next go around, maybe I can eek 2 shows out for the price of one prep. 14 weeks is going to fly by!

Yea, I haven't eaten a lot of broccoli in a long time - usually go w/ green beans, and this year, it's mostly been spinach salad. Kinda lovin' it! (But keeping my Digestive Enzymes close at hand....:c. )
I can definitely say I don't 'feel' 50 and no one has ever accused me of looking my age, so I'm looking to maintain that! But yea, I'm definitely giving consideration to the "required maintenance" ;cP
I do like the idea of hitting a couple of shows back to back - both to get more out of one prep investment, but also to experiment w/ the "dialing in" to see how the second show compares to the first. I've only been able to do that once in 2009 when I did the USAs and then the North Americans - but that was something like a month between the shows and it definitely showed the burn out by the time I got to the NA stage. I've never been able to line up two shows closely that were geographically feasible, so this would be a cool one. Palm Springs is driving distance and I've never been there, so win / win!
