Anavar and strength
Ladies
I have just finished my cycle of Anavar. While taking it I've been eating to gain weight. From 54kg to 61kgs. This has been successful and has helped with my lifting.
Cycle was 10 weeks @ 10mg split with 2.5kg @ 2 weeks taper.
I have now started taking creatine monohydrate and glutamine in readiness for more 'aches' post Anavar cycling out my system. I am also keeping my diet in a surplus to hopefully prevent strength losses.
What I need to know if how much strength loss I might experience? 5kgs or 10% or ?? Any experiences would be welcomed.
Over the last 14 weeks I've stuck to a powerlifting program with progressive increases.
To have you an idea BW - 61kgs
100kgs @ 5rm Deadlift
80kgs @ 1rm Squat
50kgs @ 5rm Bench
Thanks in advance for any advice

BTW you don't need to taper at the end of a cycle. The compound will attenuate at the rate of it's half life.
There is no doubt that some of your strength is just going to go because the compound is not there as well as the "recovery" ability of the cycle. But also understand that you've made epic gains over what you were doing before the cycle, so it's an ongoing cycle of gain spurt, some time for your body to recovery, etc. Keep lifting at your best, but also pay attention to the fact that you'll need to give more consideration to your recovery.
