I'm looking at training every other day?
Opinions?? I heard nothing but good reviews as cns, and test levels are higher doing it that way. I'd be lying if I said that the weights are not:

if your 5ft 11ins at 300lbs with 12%bf why change your current programme, whats your goal 320lbs, as you said your strength is coming so it should be with stats like that, if its not broke don't try to fix it, any way what weight do you use for bench press shoulder press deadlifts bentover rows squats curls and triceps, shrugs

BTW my weight has gone down. I cut my meal times to every 3 hours as im so fucking tired of eating every 2. Strength is still good and im down to 283.

If it floats your boat to train every other day and it works for your body then have at it.

"Workout every other day" hell, I wish I could work out every single day except for one small problem..... I'll probably wined up looking like a sprinter and that is not what I'm aiming for.

4 plates is the equivalent to about 275... I know because I can get the same reps on flat and inline bench with those numbers....
