Juliana IS awesome!
I've noticed so many female non-competitors who don't like her and prefer DLB's look. Even today I had a woman at the gym tell me how she can't relate to Juliana because she doesn't see her working as hard as DLB. (as if Juliana was just born with that look) What I had to remind this woman is that DLB is still in some ways trying to build/improve on her look whereas the Juliana we're seeing now is downsized and it took her YEARS of blood, sweat, and hours in the gym with a killer work ethic to build the muscle she has/had (forget the consistent diet for years on end, LOL). If she trained that hard now, she'd be be back in FBB. The training we see Juliana do isn't to build any more muscle, she's totally in maintenance mode when it comes to size. Even Juliana herself has said she can't train legs like she used to because they'd get too big for WP. But I'd argue that Juliana still logs some serious gym time and maintains a killer work ethic to this day, that no one at her level just struts around the gym, eats whatever they want, and walks on stage winging a posing routine. The woman I was speaking to was shocked, she seemed to really think that Juliana came out of the womb looking like that and knowing how to pose.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month
