IFBB PRO Beni Lopez 16 weeks out from Dallas Europa

Prepping for Dallas Europa and San Antonio pro show .

16 weeks and 4 days till the Dallas europa pro show. Am currently sitting at 125 lbs and prep begins in 3 days . Excited to start prep ... Hopefully it will be a good prep as am still healing from that broken toe but at least now my tennis shoe fits better and am no longer hobbling along.

so first pic was taken feb 23rd which was at the time 16 weeks 4 days the second pic is a week later and one whole pound down in wt ...most likely water. I also did the BF/BMI gadget and that is what it read, its not very accurate and I wanted to see where I sort of sat at, at this time since I just began my prep. Second pic is comparison of 1 week apart last pic was taken March 5th After my cardio and a lil stretching in the sauna I had me a good breakfast of 7 egg whites and 1 whole egg scrambled and some banana pancakes with a dash of cinnamon=YUMMY .

Beni, big congrats for holding that look through your offseason! Anyone who has competed knows how difficult it can be during the offseason. X2 on wishing I could start MY prep looking that good! So excited for you!

At this point in my life with training for shows all I can do is try and let the cards fall where they may.

SOJ looks pretty good in comparison to a few years ago so I have to give her props for turing her physique around from yesteryears .
