Do I see cake? And thank you for the back video. Typically I stick to snatch grip barbell rows, T-bar and DB rows, pull-ups etc, but I'm gonna try that move tomorrow! I'm seeing great size and muscle separation in both your legs and your arms too, btw.

So yesterday was leg day, nothing too difficult just keeping it simple and diet wise changes will be that now I will be doing carb cycling for a couple of weeks other than that I will be working on Posing everyday for a lil bit.
