lol botox is great but only last less than 10 weeks on average for folks that train hard and well its damn expensive to upkeep ...dem pills might be a better alternative to botox but it wont smooth the wrinkles out as fast as a few shots of botox will

Should I take it that you have had it and if yes did you really need it ? I reckon a competitive bodybuilder (same thing) during offseason fills out enough in the face to smooth out wrinkles.

For a long time I have been studying and using anti-aging supplements. This goes back to the days of Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw who helped propel their Life Extension book and ideas to the public.

Well, to cut to the chase. I found the supplement PQQ Pyrroloquinoline quinone - Wikipedia, that has just blown me away and what it does for me.

I find it very dissapointing your arms are under 18"...nonlifter i take it?

    Post up your big arms.

Sorry to disappoint you. Get back to me when you're 60 years old and we'll see how you're doing.

It doesn't matter what you look like when you can bench 500!

18" arms on me would be way out of proportion.

This is a great thread, and awesome info. Mac!

While I have a little bit to go before approaching 60, being diagnosed with 2 autoimmune diseases set me on the path of using nutrition and supplements for health and longevity. Conventional doctors just wanted to give me meds to obliterate my immune system. Being a researsh scientist, I said fuck that and researched how to work with my body to get better.
Ive been a user of PQQ, ubiquinol, creatine, etc for couple yrs now. I know my improved health is from nutrition and supps.
Anyway, anyone know/consume foods high in sulforaphane? Another miracle compound. Ive been sprouting broccoli for the sulforaphane benefits. Juat wondered if anyone else does?

Hi GV. Glad that you enjoyed reading the thread.

I know nothing about sulforaphane, time for some more education.

Recently I have added NADH/CoQ10 chewable and love them. They give me a great boost before the gym and with morning coffee.

I will have to check out the NADH.
I mix collagen in my coffee then 30min later have ribose, creatine with EAAs and electrolyte powder mix before work outs. Thats definitely helped me. I think I'llswap out ribose with NADH and see if I notice difference

Ensure you get one that uses PANMOL®

I am leery of using creatine after having a kidney stone but have read from some that it has no effects at small dosages. Would rather shoot myself then go thru that pain again.
