This is a great thread, and awesome info. Mac!
While I have a little bit to go before approaching 60, being diagnosed with 2 autoimmune diseases set me on the path of using nutrition and supplements for health and longevity. Conventional doctors just wanted to give me meds to obliterate my immune system. Being a researsh scientist, I said fuck that and researched how to work with my body to get better.
Ive been a user of PQQ, ubiquinol, creatine, etc for couple yrs now. I know my improved health is from nutrition and supps.
Anyway, anyone know/consume foods high in sulforaphane? Another miracle compound. Ive been sprouting broccoli for the sulforaphane benefits. Juat wondered if anyone else does?

Hi GV. Glad that you enjoyed reading the thread.
I know nothing about sulforaphane, time for some more education.
Recently I have added NADH/CoQ10 chewable and love them. They give me a great boost before the gym and with morning coffee.

I will have to check out the NADH.
I mix collagen in my coffee then 30min later have ribose, creatine with EAAs and electrolyte powder mix before work outs. Thats definitely helped me. I think I'llswap out ribose with NADH and see if I notice difference
