I am leery of using creatine after having a kidney stone but have read from some that it has no effects at small dosages. Would rather shoot myself then go thru that pain again.

I never knew there was a bioactive form of niacin. I stopped taking the Bcomplex I had that contained niacin because I kept getting niacin flush. Even after only taking very 3rd day. Now I just take a methylated B6, 9, &12 complex. I saw NOW makes B3 with panmol so will be getting it.
Juding by your pic Id say you're doing just fine without creatine. I, on the other hand, need all help I can get. Honestly, I continue to take it because a few studies Ive read show strong evidence (in-vitro cell culture studies) that creatine acts as an anti-inflammatory on endothelial cells. Given my health status, I figure any natural sourced anti-inflammatory I can take perhaps the better off I will be.

There is a lot of evidence that creatine is especially good for old people because of the anti-inflammatory effects.

I cannot handle Niacin but have absolutely no issues with the Panmol.
