Me too! Although I've never been diagnosed with ADD I'm convinced I'm there. I had to try it when you mentioned the improved cognitive function. The studies I read had mixed results...could be the way the study was run, or any number of factors. I'm going to run it for a month and keep notes on what I notice.

And for the heart especially if you are on statins or beta blockers you need Ubiquinol a superior of CoQ10.

ubiquinol, which is 8 times more absorbable and potent than typical CoQ10Last edited by jackbnimble; 03-14-2015 at 07:06 PM.

I think it's a side effect. This is what I like the most
Most significantly, the study demonstrated that PQQ not only protects mitochondria from oxidative stress—it promotes the spontaneous generation of new mitochondria within aging cells, a process known as mitochondrial biogenesis.[8] The implications of this discovery for human health and longevity are significant because the only other known methods proven to stimulate mitochondrial biogenesis in aging humans are intense aerobic exercise,[9] strict caloric restriction,[10] and certain medications such as thiazolidinediones[11] and the diabetes drug metformin.[12]
