Just fast paced weight training. My heart rate is around 160 after a set. I call it MISFIT - Mac's Instinctive Strength and Fitness Interval Training. Whatever the fuck I feel like doing and do it with intensity in short intervals.
My f'n feet hurt too much to run or walk long ways without paying for it for days.

Didn't do much in terms of what? What kind of study?
There is much scientific evidence as to it's abilities and what it does.
I just know how I feel, mentally and the effects on my everyday life, so far. It feels like speed, in my mind, without the jitters and crash associated with that.
In some ways, it reminds me of Aderall without the physical effects of feeling like I took a black beauty.

A drop in blood pressure was the biggest thing I noticed when I first started taking it. I have been taking it for at least two years.
I am going to up my dosage to twice a day to see if it helps my energy levels. It is supposed to be synergistic with the PQQ, as both are involved in cellular energy production.

These supplements are meant for long term health effects more than any short-term ones. But the effect of the PQQ is what surprised me the most.
I also am very paranoid about getting old-timers disease too after seeing what it does to a loved one first hand.

When you read this from wiki - you will understand it's importance.
Ubiquinol is a lipid-soluble benzoquinol that is found in all cellular systems and in nearly every cell, tissue, and organ in mammals. Ubiquinol is acquired through biosynthesis, supplementation, and, in small amounts, diet. Ubiquinol has an established role as an essential component of the electron transport chain transferring electrons resulting in ATP synthesis. In mammals, ATP production takes place predominantly in mitochondria and to a lesser extent in other organelles such as the Golgi apparatus or endoplasmic reticulum. The antioxidant action of ubiquinol is now considered to be one of the most important functions in cellular systems.
Ubiquinol is the antioxidant form of CoQ10 and is essential for mitochondrial synthesis of energy. It is the only known lipid-soluble antioxidant that is endogenously synthesized, protecting biological membranes against lipid peroxidation as well as regenerating other antioxidants such as Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Research suggests the antioxidant is capable of regenerating alpha tocopherol.[3]
Because humans can synthesize ubiquinol, it is not classed as a vitamin.[4]

Male orgasm prolongs life
Every hundred orgasms a man has a year diminish his chance of dying by 36 percent. Epidemiologists at the University of Bristol come to this conclusion in a study that was published in 1997. Regular sex halves men's chance of dying, the research shows.
