Props to you for trying something drastically new! You've got some great exercises in there! I'm sure your strength will ramp up quickly and at the end of four weeks what pooped you out ought to be easy. I'll still be pooped just watching you so I'll stick to cheering you on from the sidelines.

I was half expecting to not feel sore today because I didn't lift any iron yesterday... but I was wrong! Looks like I worked harder then I thought I did!

She is an amazing woman to know. It is definitely a privilege working out in the same gym as her! I am not sure if anyone else knows her personally, but she's incredible. She is the most encouraging person I have ever met.

aw man I'm sorry. I spent the morning with my uncle so I am heading in when the husband gets home. My partner in crime and I will be in there tomorrow at 1 if you need either of us tonight is going to be intense I think...
incline pushups til failure
bench dips til failure
regular pushups til failure
decline pushups til failure
calf raises til failure
repeat 4 times
Turkish get ups 5 each side
3 times
kettlebell swings (15)
3 times
that's what I planned out for the evening. I'm already ready to puke
