No in Intra MD there is the name called Sodium (it's salt, it's also an electrolyte) but at the end of the day you would use regular salt or even better (Himalayan salt) you will elicit the same result as the Sodium in Intra MD.

Oh and by the way HBCD is just another fast acting carb. You can find it easy. But hey you're right Prime MD is a very good supplement, and very useful. Yes indeed lol
