Yes I agree you could package anything and call it candy or a nutritional supplement and avoid government regulation. If you actually acknowledge the pharmaceuticals in the candy or nutritional supplements as such then you would need to be regulated more strictly and not be able to market them over the counter without a prescription to school age kids that then cause school teachers problems in the classroom etc. Street drug dealing is much sketchier. Far better way to go is spike products that can be sold to people that get strung out from the addictive nature of them and unlike schools where they employ lots of teachers ain't nobody got time to fund a sufficiently staffed FDA enforcement group. Same with environmental regulation. Just trust companies to abide the rules and take them on their word to do the right thing.Last edited by Musclepapa John; 03-30-2015 at 11:59 PM.

Your a good guy Curt. Given everything that has transpired over the years with Dave and Aaron/PJ, you really can't be seen as anything but an axe to grind when you go on the offensive against them given your affiliation. We all know they aren't the first or the last supplement company to play legal hopscotch to make their money. Muscletech operated with impunity for over a decade, making hundreds of millions of dollars selling products with flat out lies. At least Blackstone has sold products that produced good results. Muscletech sold sugar water to kids for $70 a bottle with Jay Cutler's picture for the better part of 10 years. If we are going to talk about crooks, let's not have the hypocrisy to single out Blackstone.

I am glad that everyone loved MY Super-DMZ Rx 2.0.
I do want to point out despite the lie Aaon and PJ tell in their video, I am the one who formulated SDMZ 2, and I am the one that had the brilliant idea of using Methylsten... Aaron and PJ did not even know what Methylsten was.
